Just Tires

I been a customer for over 2 years. Each time I gone in Andy has been the person who has help me with all my questions and gotten my SUV service. I had oil changes as well purchased new tires. Andy been very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful. Also the service team who physically work on my SUV also did amazing. I have no concerns Definitely will be a returning customer.

Let me start by saying as a female I am very leary of mechanics and I really try to do my homework to ensure I'm not being taken for a ride. That being said let me compliment the staff at Just Tires who stood by their price after 3 weeks of shopping & did it with great professionalism! I checked many locations both 'Big Box'' markets and local and when all was said and done the best deal was with Just Tires. They are a full service shop from beginning to end and I learned that MANY had better prices but wouldn't do the alignment. In researching locations for the alignment I discovered that #1 there was a wait to get serviced and #2 it wasn't cheap, so I asked myself what was I saving????‍♀️. Just Tires recommended I make an appointment which I did & when I explained I would be taking a road trip they accommodated me within 2 days. They gave me a recommendation regarding my vehicle which I hadn't counted on of course but in their detailed explanation of the work and after checking pri

@justtires I’ve tried calling your corporate office & received no answer..I’ve emailed, no feedback .. I’m not stopping until I speak to someone… your tech who I found out is still in school broke my tire valve stem off.. your team tried to blame it on the snow etc… lies!! They you charged me $158 for it to be repaired...I’m not having it! I will continue to speak on it until I am contacted and refunded for his mistake..do better & enforce better practices in the work bay & from techs/students….oh .. by the way.. I just went in for the free air pressure and this happened!!! Berwyn IL location…
