Just Tires

@justtires I’ve tried calling your corporate office & received no answer..I’ve emailed, no feedback .. I’m not stopping until I speak to someone… your tech who I found out is still in school broke my tire valve stem off.. your team tried to blame it on the snow etc… lies!! They you charged me $158 for it to be repaired...I’m not having it! I will continue to speak on it until I am contacted and refunded for his mistake..do better & enforce better practices in the work bay & from techs/students….oh .. by the way.. I just went in for the free air pressure and this happened!!! Berwyn IL location…

I came afternoon he for tiers pressure he tell me u have to wait 2 hours i said it fine i will go i came same day 6:40 i wait in line after 15 waiting he tell me sorry we done for day I know it free service but if it like that make with charge and remove sign in shop say it free

Awful customer service. I went in to get my tire patched up. I waited for about 1.5 hours. There were numerous gaps in time where the employee at the desk could've communicated about my car but didn't. I approached to ask about how much longer it would. He tells me he's been meaning to talk to me but hasn't had time (completely untrue as there were several breaks in customers at the desk) and goes on to tell me the tire can't be fixed and that I'll need a new one. I denied service. I will take my car elsewhere for tires/servicing needs. They wasted my time so I'll give another company my business.
