NTB-National Tire & Battery

Had a flat tire in a storm and had to get my car towed in for repair. NTB was recommended by the tow truck driver, Jeff, from Fred's Towing. My tire had a nail in it of which NTB repaired. Prices were very reasonable and the service was very prompt. Everyone involved with the repair at NTB was courteous and informative. I would recommend NTB to anyone who needs their car serviced. I made an appointment to get my window fixed two weeks ago, and it was for today. They had to order the part which took a couple days and then we waited til the appointment day. Today I dropped my car off at 7am before I had to work, like I literally had to get a ride to work, and they told me that it would be ready by the end of the business day. My appointment was at 9am and on the board when I walked in. I got off work at 1 and called them around 1:30 just to check the status of my vehicle. Come to find out, they completely disregarded my appointment time and hadn’t done anything with my car all day long. It was still sitting in the same spot. When I questioned why this was, the guy said they “dropped the ball” and that I could leave it there and pick it up Monday since the mechanic doesn’t work Sundays (tomorrow) and couldn’t get to me anymore today. I obviously went and picked up my car and will tell everybody about this and will NEVER go back! Don’t go here!!!!!!!

Used the online service scheduling as recommended to get the road hazard with my tire purchase. The timing seemed off, but I called this morning and they said to bring the car in sooner and the work was finished before my appointment was supposed to even start! Thanks so much!!
