Tired of them not completing everything they said they would. This is the second time I asked for them to rotate my tires and they did not. I was not the only person to have the issue while I was there. They were super nice to her and gave her a discount on her next service. They didn’t seem to care for me. They had a great office lady before and since she has not been there it has gone down hill. People run around like chickens with their heads cut off, customer service is there sometimes, and they do not follow through with what they commit to do. Service: Oil change

Terrible customer service. My vehicle was left unlocked after closing. When I asked them about it the next day they would not accept responsibility. They told me that I can no longer come there and that I would need to go elsewhere.

They got me in quickly, which I appreciated, but the oil change was comparatively expensive, and they didn't bother to top off the DEF or even ask about it.
