Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Repair

I recently returned to Jiffy Lube on 12th and Cleveland Blvd. The service was a bit slow and the he price was up considerably from the previous time. They suggested I buy a new air filter and I felt like the one I had was still in good shape. I spent a $25 gift card towards the oil change cost and I still had to pay $75 more which I felt was too much. If the oil and oil filter cost $100 cents h n that’s a ripoff. They did not put a dated sticker in my window again. Overall I felt like they didn’t do the whole job because th y didn’t clean my windows or vacuum my floors

MJ is by far the most helpful and always smiling. Very big on getting things figured out and if he or another worker can't he makes sure he sends them in the right direction. Recently moved but I used to drive from Boise to Caldwell just for my oil change just because the service is awesome!

We came in for an oil change. They were very efficient and kind and smiling. They tried to put air in one of our tires but it didn’t hold air after 3 tries. They recommended we get the tire checked right away before it went flat. We went to Commercial tire in Caldwell immediately and they fixed the problem. If Jiffy Lube had not checked my tire pressures I would have had a flat tire on my way to Boise on the Interstate because that was my next stop after Caldwell Jiffy Lube. Thank you for saving my tire and possible accident on the Interstate!!
