My Vehicle was damaged after service. When confronting worker they claimed damage was there before. Appon showing video of proof the car was not damaged before service was done, they agreed to fix. One week after no communication, Becky refuse to give me the vendors number Cascade who is supposed to fix what they damaged. Becky was extremely disrespectful and hung up the phone during our conversation. I think it's minimal to say this location lacks performance, communication, and professionalism. I was disrespected after my property was damaged for a service I paid for. The BBB reports them as c+ rating. Meaning they do not care about customers.

Had great customer service with Vicky. She went over and Beyond to to make sure of what I needed to have a reliable vehicle for my son and I. We're definitely recommend and we'll be going back.
