I had a bit of a rocky start with the drop-off process at Caliber. Our insurance coordinated the drop-off day for our vehicle on a Friday, but it turns out that Fridays aren't their usual days for repairs. This caught us by surprise, as we're new to the repair scene, and we were simply following the insurance company's instructions. Caliber even called us the day before to confirm the Friday drop-off, which added to the confusion. On the actual day of drop-off, we were asked to sign some paperwork, and being the cautious people we are, we wanted to understand what we were putting our names on. That seemed to raise some eyebrows, maybe because it's not the norm on non-drop-off days. It almost made us reconsider getting the repair done here. In all fairness, I think this was more a case of miscommunication. It's like comparing apples to oranges, with Caliber's daily routine and our first-time repair experience.
