Honest Wrenches was professional from start to finish. They explained various options and costs. They provided shuttle service. Later they provided a loaner vehicle as they had to wait on parts to be delivered to complete the job. ALL staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough about this business and their crew! Have had extensive work done on both of my vehicles, and won't take them anywhere else. Prices may be a bit on the higher side, but you get what you pay for! Extremely thorough, communicative, up front and honest about their findings and which repairs are time sensitive. I always used the Subaru service department, but when my car went out of warranty, I decided to give Honest Wrenches a try. The difference is like night and day! The customer service is truly topnotch, and the service is smooth and easy. They educate you about your car, but don't make you feel silly or pressure you to do repairs that you don't want to do.
