We had a great experience with them during a very stressful situation. Our car broke down on our road trip and we called six different shops and they were able to squeeze us in late in the day and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and told it would be done late the next day but he called us before noon and it was ready. He worked hard to reduce the cost and even told us where to get coupons on their website. We were back on our road the next day. We highly recommend this shop. Saw a new face there, I believe her name was Natalia. SHE IS GREATTTT ! communication and understanding the customers seems like something shes really great at. Her attitude & manners is top tier. You can tell she has a big heart & really cares about her customers. Shes a great addition to the team ! One more thing, shes also really pretty! ????
