Tremendous service and customer care! Won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. They were able to work my vehicle in despite a busy schedule, address the problem and solve it in an affordable way. Willing to work with me on a loaner vehicle as well so I wasn’t without transportation for a day. Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and truly care for their customers. Thank you!
When I needed scheduled maintenence for my BMW I wanted a shop that cared about each vehicle as it was their own(a big ask these days) and would provid dealership level quality. Enter Willard Garage. The communication was outstanding, the services were completed accurately and I saved a few dollars as well! Highly recommend! Service: General repairs & maintenance
What a rip off!!! They said my daughter’s car needed $4200 in repairs with a full 2 page list. Took it to another garage and guess what! Less than $500 and didn’t need 90% of what they said. What liars they must be to try to take advantage because she doesn’t know cars. SHAME on you!!! #CallingBBB
