Wow! This is the second time my car has been serviced here and I have to say 10/10 I do recommend! From the polite and educated staff to the top tier work I've experienced you can't go wrong with the service here! What are you waiting for?? Stop in!!! ????????

I discovered a puncture in my tire the day before leaving on a business trip and needed it repaired on very short notice. The tire shop who sold me the tires were too busy to get me in, which was completely understandable, but recommended checking with Freedom Tire. The crew there got me in and had my tire patched within a couple hours, and at a very reasonable price. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Initially, I was excited by the reviews and commercial advertisement that this auto service center would be exceptional. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be repaired for a check engine light, there were a few people disgruntled about their own vehicles. Had me concerned a little bit. Until the tech did their diagnostic and came out and explained the problem to me and told me they could fix it. Then they recommended spark plugs and a tune up. They were up front about the final cost and I agreed. My vehicle was close to 90K in miles and it was probably that time for a tune-up it's never had. A couple hours went by and my vehicle was ready. Perfect! Picked up the vehicle and checked out. Was so excited that my vehicle was fixed, I ignored minor details. The final one page sheet for the work they did on the vehicle has parts and labor in mixed categories that's questionable. There is no mention they performed a tune-up and what that entails.
