Like most companies these days they could careless about the customers time. I Set up an appointment, planned my whole week around it, was told to drop my car on Saturday… so I plan my whole day around it, get there I’m told can’t work on it only have one guy???? You didn’t know that before I got there at 8 AM when you open? You couldn’t pick the phone up and call me? No!!!! Thats because these companies don’t care if they waste your time and I’ve had it. I normally would never do reviews but I’ve absolutely had it will all these companies not caring about peoples time!!! So now with my time I’m going to make sure everyone I know, strangers included, never go there.

I had gone to my dealership to get an oil change and they had a 2 hour wait at 8:30 in the morning. So I left and stopped into Car-X to see if they had time.This was my first time ever going here. As soon as I walked in the vibe was good and welcoming. They got me in an out under an hour. The guys are super nice and down to earth. I asked for prices on pads/rotors and tires. They were so helpful with explaining all the options, warranties and prices. Can't say enough, super great guys here! I will be back. Service: Oil change

Incompetent staff, walked to shop and took appointment and informed before hand that i would like to use voucher. 2 days later when i reached for appointment was told that they can not honor voucher. All this could have been checked beforehand and that would have saved me 2 visits and time. Service: Oil change
