Walmart Auto Care Centers

Had me wait over an hour and a half just to tell me you don't have my oil filter in stock. I never received a call or text and had to tell them when my car was finished because it was just sitting in the back parking lot. It is very unprofessional and I won't be returning.

Extremely poor customer service skills! They show up late to work then don't tell you that they have appointments in front of you and just keep stringing you along telling you your fix will be yet another three hours. I will not recommend using them for anything auto related. They like to upsale the road hazard on tires which wouldn't be a bad deal if they had any amount of customer service. I have to add that Amy is the only employee in the auto care department that can fully comprehend the job and all that it intels and actually has great customer service.

Went to have a tire patched, was told it was too close to the side to do so and i needed a new tire. Even though I knew it could be patched I got a new one anyways so I could keep it as a spare and not have a donut. They put the new tire on my rim then I heard the mechanic tell the manager he couldn’t get the lug nut off and the manager told him “smack it with a hammer”. The mechanic told me he couldn’t get it off and I’ll have to take it somewhere else. Paid my bill and went to leave and they tried keeping my old tire so I had to go in and tell them AGAIN I said to put it in the back of my car. 0/10. I got a new tire not even mounted, tried to keep the one I got fixed elsewhere and left with the donut on my car still. Extremely unhappy. Service: Tires
