Edwards Kia Service

Bought a Kia optima from them in 2021 and for most of it went well. In May 2023 my engine was burning about a quart of oil every 1000 miles so I took it to the service department. Was told they would do a few checks on it including leaving it overnight to test issues. Confirmed with them that at the time I was still under my 5 year, 60000 warranty and that everything was covered. The first time they tested it was considered a failure and if it failed again after another they would start the process of a new engine. After I dropped it off the second time they called me a few hours later saying same results but they would not consider it a failure. Got into a argument with them where they then claimed I never a warrent on the car (paperwork I have says otherwise) and was told they weren't gonna do anything to the car. I hate this dealership. Customer service sucks, wasted 4 hrs of my time and my car is not even oil change. What's the point of setting up an appointment? If it wasn't for a free paid oil change, I will never go to this dealership. I will never do any business with these people ever again. Advisors didn't even know my car has been sitting for 3 and half hrs for an oil change. I will be calling KIA and file a complaint against Edwards KIA
