They are truly about taking care of their customers. They are one of the few companies that still have customer service. Plus if you are a woman, you can take your vehicle there and they will treat you fairly, you will have nothing to worry about. This was my first visit there. They replaced an engine for my girlfriend. She handled everything with them and they were 100 percent honest and truthful with her. Did everything for a fair price. They have earned her business for life. I'm a mechanic and they have earned mine also when I don't have time to do it myself. Very impressive place and owners.

I had a tire that kept going low. I called and they got me in the next day and fixed it. They also dealt with the annoying warranty company on my behalf. I will absolutely return if needed in the future. Service: Tires

I had a total transmission failure on I-29. Though the car was worth less than the repairs needed, Don's was very helpful, especially since I live all the way in Kansas City. I didn't have to lift a finger. They are handling the salvage and sending me a check for it. They're even sending my plate back. Highly recommend these good, honest, and friendly folks!
