Jiffy Lube

I needed an oil change and my normal shop was very busy, for good reason, so I decided to try Jiffy Lube. There was nobody in line so no waiting. I quickly learned why. The shop area needed attention and seemed very run down. Then went into the waiting area. Absolutely disgusting. Trim missing, smell was overwhelming, extremely dirty and very uncomfortable. If you’re a woman, do not go there. Wait in line at Grease Monkey down the street or any other quick service shop. You’ll be glad you did. I hope someone from corporate sees this and cleans that place up.

I showed up to jiffy lube, they were not really friendly at all. The one guy had his lady there slowing up the whole process I spent 30-45 mins there with last ten mins waiting to pay while the guy had his wife or girlfriend there they where talking along with kids running around the shop. If you want a faster oil change I don’t recommend this place at all.

We are extremely dissatisfied with our recent visit and the service provided at the Council Bluffs IA location (2312 West Broadway). On 10/25/2023, we paid over $100 for an oil change, only to get home and discover the oil filter had NOT been changed. We drove 40 miles back and they changed the oil filter, but never once apologized. A pretty important step in an oil change and yet they acted as if it were no big deal. They also failed to reset the oil change monitor and they did not check the tire pressure. We asked for a free oil change next time and we were told by the manager that half off was the best he could do. I am not sure why we would give them more business based on this experience. It seems these employees take advantage of customers and don’t even do the bare minimum. If I could give zero stars, I would. Service: Oil change
