Was able to diagnose and fix my car in just a few short hours. Very quick and fairly inexpensive.

I had some options on where I could take my vehicle for a repair. When I asked the person on the phone for a labor and parts quote on a vehicle, I was told "you don't want to do that". And given a lengthy explanation why I shouldn't get a quote. Any trained or certified repair shop will use a repair guide with labor estimates and parts estimates. Clearly this person either isn't trained, certified, or is using some other system for running their business. In any case, I didn't appreciate the tone or the way the person treated me and my wife on the phone and so we took are car somewhere else to be repaired.

Obviously a true mechanic, not a tech regurgitating useless babble from a textbook. He knows and understands the mechanics and technical workings of automobils. Anyone who answers their own phone and exresses his passion for his trade and skills in manner he does says it all for me. It says he works hard, takes real pride in his work, not out to take advantage of his customers, just a real honest good mechanic. I say amen, they do exist! Thank you sir, thank you!
