I cannot recommend this place enough. I showed up with no appointment and they were able to fit me in for a quote. Nick was amazing with communication from the second I sat in his chair, explaining the process and how long it would take to hear back from insurance and get parts. From the day I dropped my car off I received updates via text throughout the process, which was SUPER helpful. The work was done quick and my car looks as good as new! ???????? thanks to Nick and the crew at Gerber for taking great care of me and my car!

They are the ABSOLUTE WORST AND HORRIBLE COMPANY to deal with. If i could rate and give them zero stars i would. The lady at the front desk should be fired immediately for the most horrendous customer service skills i have ever encountered. First off, we had dropped off our vehicle for service in early January 2023 which they said could take 10-14 days to fix so we had rented a car to have during this service time and a week later we get told that they haven't even begun to look at my car and to come pickup and to reschedule service for a future date because they were to busy. I told them that i had rented a car during this time and asked if i would be reimbursed for that since it wasnt my fault that they couldn't get me in for service and they declined to do that because they couldnt they said and so they rescheduled me for service two weeks later and just before i was about to drop my car off again they tell me they canceled my appointment again due to the shop being closed down for

80 days to fix my cart. Unpolite, anfendly. Last time I was over there and never more.
