Just left without getting an oil change after waiting for 1.5 hours! Got in line, they came out and said it’s a diesel let me make sure we have the oil.. yep, we do! I wait 1.5hrs to be told oh I’m sorry, we actually do not have the oil for your truck. My previous experience was great, but I will not be coming here any longer because of them wasting my time.
Won’t be back, they had a vehicle that was taking extra long. Made us switch spots in line with someone bc he was there before us, which made since. BUT then they pushed someone in front of us that was there AFTER us! I also question why the one vehicle was taking so long? What did they do to it? Maybe it’s best we left.
We stopped in for a tail light replacement. The staff was courteous and fast even though they ran into a problem with one of the screws. They have the part in stock and it was a very inexpensive replacement including labor.
