After hitting a deer in my 2020 Kia forte I was convinced my car had been totaled. My insurance company sent my car to Mr Zeigler and he did above and beyond more than I could have hoped for. He fought with my insurance to get better parts and then made sure my car was fixed in a timely manner. When I picked my car up it looked like it was brand new and drives like it is brand new. Mr. Zeigler is a highly professional auto body craftsman. His high standards for the finished products is above and beyond any other body shop I have seen. He kept me updated thru out the entire process to include pictures of his progress. He gave me options for some of the items that could be either reused or replaced as well as sound advice. It was not based on money but on the best option. Some items could be reused in the repair and some items should be replaced. He not only explained it to me, he showed me. This is something other body shops won't do. His repair was quick but professional and affordable. I highly recommend Zeigler's Auto Body Shop to anyone that needs auto body repair. He also was reasonably priced and if an item on the parts list was able to be salvaged, he reduced the total price by the full amount of the part.
