Gerber Collision & Glass

My passenger side door was severely dented after an accident I had and would not open from the outside. I went with Gerber for the car repair. I met with Jessica for an estimate on how much the repair would cost and how to go about the process (from leaving my car there and the approximate time that it would be ready for pick up). They calculated it would take 3 weeks for the work to be done. It indeed took 3 weeks and I got my car back. I am very satisfied with the work done to the car! It does not even look like it was in an accident at all. They left my car from the interior very clean (too clean even). The one set back I had with them was that I had to call them every few days to check the progress (an extra part had to be ordered but I was not informed until I called). The day I went to pick my car, I was attended by someone who was not familiar with working the front desk. I am not sure what her name was but she made sure to get me in and out with my car keys. Shout out to her.

Excellent customer service! I love that Gerber collision has great communication also. I was kept in the loop of what was happening with my car and anyone I talked to answered all questions and went above and beyond. They estimated a week due to national part shortages and that’s exactly what it took to get the car fixed. Thanks Max, Jennifer, and Danny! Y’all made the process of getting my car fixed so much easier and I can tell you care about your customers and jobs. Absolutely Fantastic. I've had to put my car here for repairs and I was struggling with the whole process as it was my first time dealing with something like this. The staff was patient and explained things that I did not understand. They helped me with extending my rental even-- something that had nothing to do with their job! These people truly go beyond plus ultra. They helped reduce the stress in an otherwise stressful time. Matt is extremely kind and professional, very knowledgeable on his job and makes sure to get you an answer to your question. Jennifer was also extremely knowledgeable, helped me handle the insurance and rental company that were trying to give me the run around. And to the rest of the staff, Thank you! Fantastic service here, I would recommend to anyone.
