Always very courteous and willing to help.
I took my car up here over two weeks ago to be looked at for a battery problem after being told by the staff that they can work on it. For two weeks I was told that "they were busy, they'd look at it later" and after consistently calling i was told just to get a tow because they couldn't be bothered with it. I'm genuinely baffled at how poor the service was. I wouldn't even mind not being able to drive for two weeks if it wasn't for the fact that they made absolutely no attempt to actually look at the car and keeping me in the dark. Now I'm paying for yet another tow and I'm no closer to driving. Absolutely do not recommend.
Love Jody's! They are very friendly and will always try hard to fit you in the same day. They are knowledgeable and all around nice and honest people.
