Fussell Tire Pros

Worst customer service! On our way to my husbands surgery & had a flat tire. Called Fussel tires explained our situation , the man acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. Especially if he worked as slow as he talked, it wouldn’t have it time for us to get to Adel. Thank you Smith Tire for your professionalism & kindness.

This is a pro outfit. All employees are helpful and polite, place if very organized, clean, waiting area available, appointments recommended, better tire prices than others in the area. Highly recommend.

I went to this shop on my way thru town I asked for a tire rotation and tire balance, after the sales man wrote the repair up he asked for my keys and said "I will have someone check your tire out" when he said this it did not sit right with me so I asked him are you going to balance and rotate the tires he said he has to check the tires for separation, and then explained he did not have time to rotate and balance the tires if I wanted that I would have to come back in 3 hours. so I asked for my keys back and left. I did not ask for my tires to be checked and he was not goin to do the work I asked and did not tell me he was not goin to do the work until I did ask, so I figure he would have charged me for something I did not want and I would have wasted my time and money, and I'm speculating there was going to be a tire separation also. LOL. I had a vibration between 75 and 80 That is a solid indicator that the weight was off on a tire. I took it down the road to o'steen Volkswagon and
