My car died on me out of the blue and after getting it towed to Frank's Auto shop, he contacted me within a couple of hours to let me know that he would be in touch soon after running some tests to determine what the issue could be, which it was the radiator not charging. The following day he contacted me to let me know the details of the issue and how much it would cost me and if I would like for him to move forward with fixing it. My car was ready in no time. I went around 6 months ago and has my transmission replaced. The work was done but in bad quality, I went back home and my dad check under my hood and was able to pull around certain things that should have been bolted back when the work was done. I tried to reach back out and never got a response back. My dad had to replace things that were broken after the repair ans rebolt down things around my engine so everything was stable. I would not reccomend going for a transmission due to the rushing nature of my car. Service: Transmission
