Not the best business practices. Took the car to another shop and they had it sorted out in 2 hours what these guys couldnt do in weeks. Save some time and money and go somewhere else.

Ok their currently working on my car. The drop off home service great. Very professional staff large clean waiting area. The work bays for auto repair is huge and appears well equipped. I'll keep you posted on the repair.

Earl Copeland is doing dirty business BeWARE!!! Dishonest shop lie to get you in and not loyal to their word ... took car to dealership for diagnostic $130 need top end of motor rebuild dealership price $3000 for total top end rebuild already knew issue, call earl was told they could do the job worst case scenario I would be looking at $2500 but between $1000 -$2500 but they had to do their own diagnostic understandable, took car to them a day or two later for them to start repairs.. it was the same issue I told them about over the phone that the dealership said but now it cost not between $1000-$2500 but $3314.12 way more than dealership quoted just for the diagnostic $574.64... when I asked about the price changes he couldn't say anything??
