I highly appreciate the honesty Smyrna Tire Service provide. When my wife's car needed brakes and rotors, they did not over sell me on their service. They were super honest. Her front brakes/rotors were fine and they told me just back brakes and rotors were messed up. In my opinion, they are one of the most honest establishment out there. On 11/1, I purchased tires at another establishment with their warranty back in 8/2022. I got a nail in my tire right in the middle of the tread, they told me they can't patch it b/c tread was low. I took my car over to Smyrna Tire Services and it was done within 30 mins without selling me new tires. Thank you Smyrna Tire Service. I will be back for all of my tire/brake/rotor needs. I appreciate the honesty.

I’ve been a customer of Smyrna Tire for 40 years. They’ve always provided great service and fair pricing. My most recent experience was not so good. On the whole, tire prices were fair and the service was good but my vehicle was returned to me with dash warning lights on that were not on before the installation. I can’t say it was their fault. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but it was a problem that has since cost me more than the tires did.
