This is my go-to place for basic car maintenance. As a woman I am weary of auto repair shops etc, but these guys always level with me, are kind and respectful. Service is always fast and competitively priced. Been a customer for years but felt compelled to give them a shout today after my seamless and speedy emissions check, CJ was my technician, and he had me in and out in minutes. Service was going great until Customer Service killed the vibe! I received a coupon this month with the 2024 deal. $20.24 off valid til 1/22. When she went to run my card I asked if I was getting the $20 off. She said she would check. She came back and explained that she gave me $10 off. They were only honoring certain coupons. They had problems at another facility that was overusing them and she would give me $10 off. I then showed her the valid coupon on my phone. She said she knew nothing about it and she would ask the manager about it. Apparently as I was waiting, dummy me, she was through. As I was being directed out I told the worker that was waiting for help. She informed him that she was basically finished, I didn't tell her I had a coupon. It was already rung. Thanks for the $10. I'll think about coming back!

Cj explain what I needed since my car is still new so I don't know a whole lot about it. He wasn't pushy about any service and just wanted to be sure I was aware of what needed to be done and when. Didn't make me feel like a dumb female Amanda did a fast oil change making sure everything was on and tight. unseen magic under the hood! Stephine was the boss with a great attitude and awesome work relationship with her coworkers. 100% recommend! my new go to for any auto needs
