Smitty's Collision Center

After someone backed into my Mom's 2022 Toyota Highlander causing damage to the hood and front end their insurance company had Smitty's Collision Center listed as one of the repair shops that she could use. I took my time to search and read reviews for around five of the repair shops from the list, as I expected top notch service from the would-be repair shop. I found the reviews from Smitty's Collision Center to be the overall best, so, I selected them to do the repairs required. From the initial contact and up through the return of the vehicle communication was Highly Effective (I am big on effective communication) and all information we needed was given in a timely manner. The insurance company of the other party supplied Smitty's with the documents and we were able to schedule the appointment for repair--dropping off the vehicle on 12/05/2022 with an estimated completion by 12/21/2022. Smitty’s did an AHHHMAZING job on my car after I was in a car accident (see before/after photos). Professional staff from start to finish! They went above and beyond by delivering my car back to me. I am on crutches and unable to drive currently. Very gregarious, timely, great communication, excellent service and car repairs look better than NEW!
