I made an 8 a.m. appointment a week in advance for tire balance, rotation and alignment. At 3:30 I called to inquire about my vehicle and was told it was not done and would be called as soon as it hit the ground. Needless to say at 5:45 I called again to be told they needed to keep it over night. Unacceptable. The one and only good experience was the respectful young lady Tiffany to whom I corresponded with and maintained her professionalism throughout this ordeal. Tiffany, I applaud you as you are the only reason I will be back. I surely hope management recognizes you and your ability to stay calm and follow through on what you say. Get it together Goodyear. It's poor business. Thank you Tiffany.
