Joshua and Scott were amazing. They were able to squeeze my car in, diagnose the problems, and explain everything very clearly. What’s more, they demonstrated a sensitivity to my budget and urgency to repair. Not so common these days! Highly recommended.

I really tried to be respectful through this entire experience, but this was one of the most upsetting interactions I have ever had with a mechanic. I went in on a Friday afternoon with a brake light indicator, knowing that I needed my brakes looked at. I was promised by the staff it would be done on Saturday. After receiving no call on Saturday, I called first thing on Sunday morning - and this is when it all started. Called in the morning and I was told would receive a call with the status 30 min later, no call received. I call back an hour later and am told the car is ready. I go to pick it up. I am told the car still needs a test drive, which they proceed to do and then come back and tell me the car is actually not ready, it should be another hour - fine. I proceed to call for the next 5 hours asking for updates and each time am told by the assistant manager that he is personally going to look at bleeding the brakes right then. Finally within 30 min of closing I just go over and wa
