I dropped my car off and they got me right in and told me it would be about an hour and a half to two hours and when I called back about 2 hours later she said she had to check with the guy who did the work and she called me back within 15 minutes like she promised she would and told me the car was ready. So very punctual with what they tell you and no hidden surprises when you go to pay the bill. The quote they give you is the price you pay. I'll be returning there as I have an issue with my passenger side window and I just noticed that they do window repair so I will be going back and talking to them about repairing my window. I was from out of town. Needed brake pads on my F-150 before I could return home, about 4 hours away. Pads were down to metal to metal contact. Called Meineke. Spoke with Heather Heppel. Although they were very busy, Heather got me in immediately and got me new brake pads to get me back on the road immediately. Thanks very much Heather and the worker bees at Meineke location #250.
