Mavis Tires & Brakes

I contacted Mavis in regards to receiving four new tires for my BMW 530 I. Damon was a tremendous help in identifying the right tire we needed for our vehicle and worked with us through a myriad of issues we encountered. Our BMW has a unique locking lug that we did not have the key for. Damon was critical in identifying the key we needed and furthermore ensured that when I returned several hours later for our appointment we were seamlessly integrated into their arduous schedule to have the necessary work performed on our vehicle prior to returning to Texas. Damon’s extraordinary customer service and management ability insured that we will bring our vehicle to the Mavis Ogeechee service center in the future. I would like to express my gratitude for all of his assistance and would absolutely recommend him to other in the future who enjoy working with consummate professionals.

These folks are great! They could have very easily charged me for services that I thought I needed, and I would have thought nothing about it. After they inspected my car, they let me know I didn't need the repair, and they did not charge me for it. It saved me money and time. I appreciate the honesty and will be back and will recommend them to everyone.

In the middle of tropical storm Idalia, I had a tire problem. Pulled up to mavis to get air. Not only were they open, they were more than glad to help. Got my problem fixed fast and friendly. This is a REAL review. Through hail or high water they were there for me. My new place to go for tire problems, Damon and Tim all stars for sure. #pay them more....
