The woman who manages the desk up front is so knowledgeable and efficient. She always has an excellent demeanor and wonderful customer service. What's Mavis location delivers great service and they do it quickly.

Miss Patti helped me from start to finish and has the best customer service skills I have seen in years! She was kind, professional, and SO helpful. She helped me schedule an appointment (then reschedule lol) she got me checked in quickly and gave me accurate information and quotes. She gave me additional information regarding my vehicle that no one else has ever given me! I will be bringing my vehicle back due to her diligent work and as well as the hard working mechanics in the back whom got the labor done quickly, and accurately! Someone should give these people raises !

Earlier this week, I had an appointment at 10am to have a tire patched. When I called to make the appointment I was told that it would take approximately 15 minutes to patch the tire. I made the appointment in the morning so that they wouldn't be backed up, which is what my previous experience with them had been. When I arrived, I was told it would be 15-30 minutes to get the car into the bay to be looked at and then another 15 minutes to patch the tire. I planned to spend an hour at Mavis to get this done (based on them telling me via phone it would take 15 minutes to do this). The woman at the front desk, Tiffany, was very pleasant and easy to deal with. She was the only positive element of my experience there. It took them an hour to move the car from the parking lot to the bay and then it sat for another 30 minutes without being put on a lift so they could look at the tire. Not knowing how much longer it was going to take, I told them that I had to take my car home. I don't underst
