Lair's Auto Electric Inc.

This place towed my car from a situation, and while offloading they fully dropped my car, the worker that towed my car and said that he would be in touch with his boss to handle the situation this was 2 months ago and nothing has been settled at all.

My fiancé & I were on vacation in Tybee Island when our car broke down. We took it to Lair’s hoping they could resolve the problem, since we had to drive all the way back to Ohio to get home. This is where we went wrong. When we got the vehicle back it had a charging system service light coming on and the engine was rattling. They intentionally put the wrong parts on and stuck us with an outrageous bill to try to take advantage of our situation. We paid $936 for just an alternator, battery, and labor to then get home and have to pay our local repair shop $1,286 to repair the damage done. Not to mention, they attempted to call us after we picked it up (I’m only assuming they thought we would break down again, and have to come back to spend even MORE money.) We’re just happy we were able to make it home safely, but simply put…. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Services: Battery service, Battery

This place is a ripoff. I can't believe all the positive reviews. They placed a computer on my vehicle that was not needed and "accidently"threw the old part away. Charged me for it anyway. I don't think electrical work is what they specialize in. When I got my car back, every dash light was on. They wouldn't even post my first review, so I'm trying to warn people again, STAY AWAY.
