Hernandez Collision Center

While sitting in the middle of the road after an accident I did a quick Google search and towed my vehicle here. I was a long-standing State farm customer and this is where it all went South. Long story short Hernandez and State farm do not see eye-to-eye. So immediately I was stuck right in the middle of their ongoing business disputes and open litigation. Ultimately my vehicle was totaled but incurred extensive storage fees. State farm itemized the bill line-by-line and didn't agree to pay a large sum. I was lucky and the amount was agreed to be written off but I'm sure this can be challenging for others. It's a really bad place to put a customer when they are in a bind. I immediately changed insurance and will do better research should I need an auto body center. Bad business never gets rewarded.

Hernandez has always been a dream to work with. Best auto collision center by far and people there are great. We were assigned Randi for our vehicle and she is awesome!!!!!!

BEWARE OF HERNANDEZ COLLISION CENTER!!! I was rear ended on March 13th, 2021, which caused damage to the left quarter panel, bumper, and liftgate. The At Fault Insurance Company (Progressive) approved me to go to Hernandez Collision Center (WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE). I took my vehicle to Hernandez on March 26th where it sat in their salvage yard, with all the other jailed and unrepaired vehicles until May 11th. After 7 weeks of getting the run around, I felt I had no choice but to negotiate for the release of my car by reluctantly handing over $5000 to satisfy their questionable fees (photos below). Progressive told me months later that they would not pay to repair my vehicle due to their past experience with Hernandez adding extra fees and costs. My vehicle has now been repaired through my insurance company for $3000 less than Hernandez's estimate.
