My experience at Critz was excellent. They provided me a very nice loaner vehicle and Hannah kept me updated with detailed text messages and videos of the repairs needed throughout the process. Hannah also made sure I had time to review my estimate before any work was done. Once the work was done it met my expectations. I was definitely happy with my experience. Easy order process for a new Michelin Tire for my X3. Informed me when Tire had arrived and walk in service performed, and while waiting, the lounge area was well stocked with coffee, water and snacks. The service rep who took my call was Frank W, excellent handling of the order. The service rep on site David M, was super professional, courteous and and took care of all service needs. They also washed my car, fantastic surprise. One of the best BMW retail, service locations I have used, as a visitor from CA.
