Travelling in 95 we felt what we thought was a flat. Coming from Brunswick we felt it would be to our advantage to find the nearest Toyota. Sadly, we use yours. Know that we had not travelled many miles and had many more to get home.(Northern VA). We did not received efficient or courteous service from Stacey. It took over 2 hours to have our tire changed. I am sure the tire was under warranty, but we had to pay over 300 dollars for one tire. After we left the service area, we called to ask what was wrong with the tire. The operator said the Stacey would call us back and give us that info. She never did. Sorry, but I appreciate being treated like customers are treated in Brunswick, GA. This is the 7th Toyota that I have purchased maybe my last. On a positive note, I did witness a dealer showing and sharing information regarding your service area to a new customer. The service was very disappointing. I will not be returning sadly. The promised "quick" oil change, at a scheduled appointment, lasted two hours. My service consultant was nice, but did not once apologize for the amount of time that it was taking. At the two hour mark I was informed that the filters needed to be changed. Thankfully they were able to go about that quickly, which is why I gave them three stars and not two. Sadly, upon returning home I noticed that my glove box was broken and would not close correctly. I had to go back to the dealership where I again was not apologized to upon explaining that the service was not performed and executed correctly. I expected much better service as I have always been pleased with my home Toyota dealership in KY. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change
I recently acquired a 2003 Toyata Tundra Truck. I needed an additional key and fob. I had the dealership order the Fob. I scheduled an appointment to have it programmed. The telephone scheduler very polite and made the appointment for 1 1/2 hours. Arrived at the dealership at appointment time. The Shop person checked me in and said it would be about 1 1/2 hour. Then customer service guy said it would be about an hour. Great. At the 1hour 15 min mark, I checked in with the customer service guy and he said they had not started yet, the programming machine was in use. At the 2 and 1/2 hour mark the service guy said that they had not ordered the correct Fob. They sent someone to the other dealership to pick up one there. At the 4 hour mark my Fob was programmed. I got in my truck to leave, and the fan nob to my Air conditioner was missing. It was there in place when I left it with them. The manager was notified and she brought out a new nob and replaced it.
