I am leaving this review for potential customers, only so you are aware and prepared. I had my car in this shop for a little over three weeks for some body repairs. The staff in the office is very kind and helpful when you are there. The only downfall that I found is that they claim that they give "update" calls every Tuesday and Thursday. I didn't recieve a weekly update call once from the shop. Due to the nature of my situation, I had to call in often to get an update to know and understand the status of my vehicle. Because I was responsible to return my rental car at the time the car was repaired, it was imperitive that I recieve updates as to when the car was scheduled to be repaired so I could make plans accordingly. Thankfully, they answer the phone everytime you call- which was comforting and helpful, but in my experience you have to be proactive in following up with the shop, or your car will be repaired or additional damage may be found (as it was in my case), and you would ne
