Very friendly staff! They kept me updated while I waited for my oil change and vehicle inspection. Will definitely keep taking my vehicle here!
I wasn’t pleased with the conversation I had with one of the workers there. If I’m not mistaken, his name was Adam. I called to get a quote and more information about a part. I told him what was going on and what I needed. He responded “How do you know you need a new axle?” with an attitude. At that point, I didn’t want to speak with him anymore but I proceeded with the conversation. I told him I went to Audi and I have the paperwork to show for it. He responded “why didn’t you let Audi fix it?” with the same attitude. Then he told me he’ll give me a call back and didn’t answer any of my questions!
Replace all coolant hoses and pipes I called, auto care after waiting over two weeks to get range rover dealership to get any work done. They did a great job of getting me right in and keeping me informed as parts were hard to get their pricing was very fair and the quality of work has been great. Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment
