I took my vehicle to Auto Motion to be repaired and they did a good job. I then returned to have some additional work done. I asked them what the problem was and they told me what it was and how much it was going to cost to fix it. I asked them were they sure that was the problem and they said absolutely. They then told me that I had to purchase a fuel pump that cost 400 dollars in order for them to do the work and get a warranty. I agreed to have the work done to my vehicle. They kept my vehicle for a month and charged me 700 dollars and my vehicle was not fixed. When I expressed my displeasure for the services, I was met with plenty of hostility and disrespect. The truth of the matter was, they lacked the adequate equipment to diagnose my vehicle which led to me paying for them to guess what the problem was. Needless to say, they were wrong with telling me what the problem was. I took my vehicle to the dealership and they explained what the problem was. I would not recommend anyone
I called Automotion to see if they could help me with my steering wheel pump for my camper van. I explained the year, make and model of my van over the phone, and they said they could get me in either Tuesday or Wednesday morning of the following week. Great. I spent Monday evening in their lot so I could be ready when they opened the next morning. Right around 6:30 am, I find myself being shouted and cursed at by an employee, who also proceeded to blast the horns of the various vehicles he was parking when he drove by me. When I went into the shop to inquire about what the problem was, I was told that the lot was private property, and there was nothing in their records about my vehicle. When I told him I had called the previous week, he went and got the manager, who then said they thought I had a truck and they they didn't work on older vehicles or camper vans. This is despite the fact that I had mentioned last week that they would probably need to get the part needed from salvage be
