I have been dealing with Mauricio for a few years now. Probably have given him around in total $3000 for working on my car over the years. I have felt like he was over charging me but as a single women with 3 kids you do what you have to do for them. With that being said this incident was the last straw. My turn signal was damage and was causing my headlights to come on in the middle of the night. Which also kept causing my battery to go dead. I took the car to him and he stated that it would be $150 to replace the part If I buy the part myself which I did. I ask why so much he stated he had to take the whole steering column off. And that will be 4 hours of labors. Usually I try to you tube things and see before hand but didn't have the time. It was the day before my son 1st birthday party and I really needed my car.
