This is a very good auto body shop. The instance that my vehicle entered their shop, they sent me updates on the vehicle almost everyday. They completed their work ahead of time(one day earlier than promised). The lady (I forgot her name) at the front was really nice and answered all questions. The car looked new and everything worked. They washed the exterior and vacuumed inside the vehicle. I recommend this place highly.

I am not going to be the person who only talks about the negatives. This shop is solid as long as you’re not a detail-oriented person. The paint job they did on my bumper looked good, and the clear coat looked really nice. Unfortunately, they didn’t blend my fender into the bumper, leading to the bumper looking darker than the fender. They did explain to me that they would be blending the fender when I dropped my car off, but this was apparently not true, as you can see in the photos where the bumpers paint looks darker than the fender. Now, onto my second issue: They reused panels from my old bumper and put them on the new bumper. This would not normally be an issue; however, they decided it would be fine to put broken panels from my old bumper back onto the new one. When I first saw my car, I thought that they had reused my old bumper, due to the fact that broken pieces were still on the bumper. When I dropped off my Hyundai Santa Fe, I thought it'll take a long time and there might be a long gap of time between estimation for with my insurance and the repair process. But the whole process from dropping off to picking up was very quick with many updates throughout to let me know how everything is going. That too it was great to know it was through text/email and a dedicated website, carwise, for details/estimates and timeline. Thank you very much to Mike and everyone who did an amazing job with my car's door repair and color matching. Appreciate the extra effort for making this process pleasant and surprisingly easy. The door of my car is looking like new, like it never got damaged in the first place. This is my top place for all car needs from now on.
