Austin and everyone at Import Auto are great. I had an emissions issue that was difficult to fix. They diagnosed and worked on the vehicle until it was properly fixed. I’ve also used them for other general repairs. The drop off location at Birmingham Village is very convenient, as is the loaner car availability. All around great service! Currently visiting from Florida. Having a old battery and these record low temperatures the battery died on us. Spoke with many BMW dealerships didn’t have any availability for five days spoke with Stephen and he was very accommodating helped us out same day and was very informative when it came to questions about the vehicle checking other things on the vehicle and general knowledge on import automotive vehicles. Was very worried that the car was having issues at such a low mileage but after the discussion with Stephen and their thorough inspection had nothing else to worry about and made it back to Florida fine. Car is running in great shape more of a supporter in import cars now due to the discussion with Stephen it was very clear that they are specialist due to the amount of information and knowledge gained in such a brief discussion which was freely given.
