I had an exceptionally great experience at the Extra Mile Tire& Service in Milton, GA. The entire staff there are very personable, professionl and friendly. I had to wait on parts to arrive but in the meantime I was accompanied with a substitute vehicle to continue to go to and from and work. You have to give this business a Five Star for every effort they make to satisfy you. They kept their word in everything from the price to the actual execution. Hands down!! I've been taking my car to this shop for over a year now. I have an older car. The folks there do great work, have excellent communication and handling abilities, and I never leave without feeling confident in my car's functionality after a visit. Went here to get a set of Bridgestone summer tires put on my wheels. The tech shredded the lip of my wheel and then tried denying doing so, however I took pictures/videos of the wheels on drop off so he quickly changed his tune. Bryan was nice and he took on the responsibility and tried to make it right by calling metro wheel repair to fix the lip of the wheel they damaged and repaint it. I told him my fear was the wheel wouldn’t match but I was willing to give it a shot. He picked it up from my work and 2 days later dropped it back off and it looked about 80% When I got home and put the repainted wheel up to the factory enkei wheel, my fear was realized, the wheel color was a few shades off and the finish was different from the enkei factory finish. Not only that but the authentication stickers from the manufacturer had to be taken off for the repair, lowering the value of the wheel. Again, I thought this wouldn’t bother me and decided to try and live with it. It’s been a few weeks no
