Pep Boys

Made an appointment for my wife to get a wheel alignment on her car. The staff made her feel like garbage for being 15 minutes late. Left without any services completed. We’ll take our business to someone who actually wants it.

I took my mom here to get new tires put on her truck. Sara at the front desk was very sweet and helpful and getting us set up with the right tires and even let us know we needed an alignment. Receiving updates about the vehicles status by text was very convenient in letting us know when to plan on heading back to pick it up. Thanks again and Sara!

No good. Paid for a oil change. Got home and checked the oil. It was still dirty black. Took it to the place I usually take it and they said the oil was dirty and the filter was the one they put on from the last change. So I know the filter had not been changed. Contacted pep boys and they said the oil was changed but they forgot to change the filter. (Right) Had my free tire rotation done and upon leaving my check tire light was still on. I had my place check all the tires to take care of that All in all. Very poor service! Also would like to add. I asked them to replace the cabin air filter. I was told it would not be justified to change it and charge me because it was in such good shape. I then brought the car home and went through the process to do it myself and the old filter was solid black and full of leaves I suspect they never looked at it. I understand if you really don’t want to mess with a particular job. But DONT lie to the customer!!
