Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had both my front and rear brakes replaced here. I had to continously bring back my vehicle due to the breaks squealing. The first time I took it back is because the Firestone on South Cobb stated that this firestone didn't grease the brakes. After taking it back at least 5 times I finally took it to the dealer and they stated off brand brakes were put on causing the squeeling. Prior to this an associate blamed me for the brakes whining stating it was how I drive that is causing it, I took it back this last time and they put on the correct brakes. I wasted time and money bringing the car back so many times,

Casper and Keke are the best. They worked diligently, went above and beyond expectations as far as driving to another location to get the part for my vehicle. Truly a godsend! Always a great service here!

Really great experience with the new management here. I’m so happy they have somebody here who actually cares about people and their vehicles. They also take you out to your vehicle and show you what’s going on with your car so you can have some kind of knowledge about the problems your cars are having, which is really good for customers. Great manager great team.
