Let me start by saying I have been a long-time customer of Mr. Tire. I've used this company in both North Carolina and Georgia. With that being said, I will NEVER frequent this or any other Mr. Tire again. I had a brake job done back in 2021 at the Norcross location. We purchased the "Forever"brakes. Moving to Marietta, we asked if the warranty would be honored at this store. We were told it would. Paperwork would be faxed over, and we would be credited for the pads. Was told Paperwork would be faxed/ emailed for 2 days! When my daughter received the invoice, of course, we were still being charged for the pads. When we brought it up, I was told, "It was her fault for not catching it." (I didn't know it was a customer's job to catch things, but hey, this is Mr. Tire). So after I "caught it," I was told the best I could hope for is a store credit. (Which to me is worthless because I wouldn't trust anyone at this store to ever service our vehicles again).
