The team at this dealership was easy to work with and very efficient. The work was completed quicker than I expected and all of my concerns were covered and resolved. Great user experience.
Outstanding customer service, Rita the sales lady and Rob the general manger are awesome, they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, they left no unanswered questions. I highly recommend this dealership, this is my second car to buy here.
Chanel is a fantastic service manager. Once she transferred to this location, I did the same. But I have to give this location four instead of five stars because of the heating issue! In December 2023, I was inside waiting for my car for about four hours, and everyone was freezing! From the employees to the customers, we all had our jackets on, and I was shivering! I and several others mentioned the heating issue to management, but nothing changed. I woke up the following day feeling under the weather. Given the quality of service I expect and pay for, this was very unacceptable.
