Rico and his staffs are very honest. Rico delivers outstanding service from his work ethics to how he treats customers. I am very pleased. He communicates very effectively and updates me how long the process will take. His shop is very busy but they do quality work. Rico accommodated me and finished my car in a timely manner despite other cars ahead of me. He is very effective running his business. Superb and stellar service by Rico and his staffs! This was a word of mouth referral for me from someone that trusted their European cars w him and now I just referred him to my friend who’s coming in for their BMW due to oil leak.
