MASTER TIRES & WHEELS COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR

Pulled in to get my new front tires mounted. I pulled up to the bay and the mechanic took my wheels of pretty quickly, however I waited in the hot, humid weather while the mechanic tinkered around in the shop, and he also had a chat with a friend who pulled in, just shooting the breeze while I waited and sweated in the hot sun. finally after 30 minutes of waiting I yelled at the mechanic to come and finish my service. I was there for 35 minutes waiting to get my service, totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never use this place again.

These guys are great! I came because the reviews said they were happy people who treat customers well. Every bit of it was true. Price was fantastic, and they worked quickly so I could move on with my day. I'll probably be back soon to get new brakes!

I looked them up and found their google reviews. First time for alignment and balance. They were on time, price was reasonable and they told me couple of things that would need to be taken care of in the future. They weren’t trying to up sell anything. Really happy with customer service and their honesty. I would go back again.
