I accidentally left some very important paperwork with personal identification information in a car that was serviced at this location. The staff member that found it mailed it to my home with no hesitation - she was truly a Godsend. I had no real way to show my gratitude but I wanted to make sure I shared this kind gesture. Integrity is what you do when no one is looking. Thank you for your kindness.
The employees are so friendly, always smiling. The lady at the front desk I believe her name is Victoria, went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle looks great, very satisfied, done in a timely manner. Thank you Auto Impact for your great work and special thank you to Victoria, your the best !!!
Not only did they fix my Jeep commander in a timely manner, they also clean the inside of it. I was really please with the professionalism from everyone and the time they took to explain the process to me. I even receive a tour of the shop.. Super clean and well organized!!! PS. Unfortunately my BMW is now being worked on however I am pleased to know that Auto Impact is doing the work ~Charles 08 Blk Jeep Commander
